Hey there! I’m Sydney, the heart behind Cherished Chapters Photography!

I was born and raised in Rocky Mountain House, I spent a few of my adult years around Central Alberta, but managed to find my way back "home" once we started our little family.

I’m a mama to two little ones, a proud wife to an incredibly supportive partner, and someone who has had a camera in her hands since high school. What started as a hobby inevitably turned into a passion, and in 2023, I took the leap and turned that passion into my profession.

Motherhood changed the way I see the world. It taught me just how fast time moves and how important it is to preserve the little moments before they become memories. That’s what led me to create Cherished Chapters Photography. It's a place where families, milestones, and love stories are captured in a timeless, meaningful way, in both my cozy in-home studio and out in the beautiful Alberta outdoors!
